About This Section
This part of Opening Bell Notes is given over entirely to orb trading opening bell, from first specification through to what the finished work should look like.
Independence
This is an independent publication. It describes how work is done and what it costs, and takes no position on who should do it.
What Gets Written About
The writing aims at the parts of a job a homeowner can reasonably influence. Preparation, specification, and the details that are expensive to correct afterward get the space; the rest is left out.
Limits
A page written in advance cannot see the property it is being read about. Any specific property can present conditions that change the answer, which is why an on-site assessment by somebody qualified always outranks anything written beforehand.
What This Section Covers
Coverage stays narrow on purpose. Narrowing the subject is the only way the detail stays accurate long enough to be useful.
